(£10 cancellation fee, no refunds if cancelled less than 8 days before the conference.  Theatre tickets will only be refunded if they can be resold)

 I enclose a donation to the Bridge Foundation - £5 helps to cover the cost of mailings, £35 helps provide a counselling session to a family who would not normally have access to such a service.
